Marie Secrist, PhD
Marie Secrist, PhD, serves as an Implementation Specialist on the Advancing California’s Trauma-Informed Systems (ACTS) initiative. She is a licensed clinical psychologist and is trained in providing evidence-based treatment for children and adolescents who have experienced child abuse and neglect. Specifically, Marie is a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) therapist and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) therapist.
Her primary research interests include trauma symptomatology and trauma informed care. Additionally, she has experience as a statistics consultant for behavioral health research.
